The Pebble Agency, LLC is located in Atlanta, Georgia and was founded in 2014 by Apryl L. Mitchell.

Apryl is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she earned her BS in Political Science. She went on to earn her MBA with a concentration in Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and is currently on target to graduate with her Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix in the Spring of 2015. Apryl has a working knowledge of general business and management practices, real estate, and higher education. However, she possess the skills to successfully adapt to a wide variety of industries and projects.
